Annual VIDEO CONTENT PLAN

The outline below is an example of a custom video content plan.  Video concept ideas can be modified or exchanged for another style during the client on-boarding process. All finished videos will be 30-60 seconds in length, to keep them on-trend with current social media engagement metrics. Each Video is designed to be released the month after it is delivered, so holiday videos (specifically) can be finished before that holiday arrives.

30-45 seconds with music and fast shot transitions. Meant to quickly grab the viewer's attention and edify your brand. Statistically, one of the most high-impact video styles for social media & digital marketing.


February

owner interview with b-roll

Customers want to know that a business owner has a strong passion for what they do.  Viewers want to discover WHY the owner started the company and what his/her daily mission is.  This is a relationship video, designed to tell a story and convey strong emotions, inciting loyalty and admiration for the brand and its founder.


March

Nothing is more powerful than hearing from peers.  An authentic testimonial grabs the attention of everyone who has the same problem and is seeking a solution they can count on.  This video will tell the story of the customer's experience with support video showing them interacting with your brand. It is the backbone of all great marketing plans, which is why we will create several of these!


APRIL

Customers are engaged and emotionally impacted by a company who's employees are their greatest ambassadors.  Hearing that an employee is passionate about the company they work for and is proud of that association yanks on customer heart strings, creates belief in the integrity of a business and inspires conversions.


May

June

4th of July Special

This is a high-energy sizzle-style video with patriotic music, hi-lighting your staff in their red white and blue.  We will intercut this with quick staff statements, wishing your customers a Happy 4th. This video reflects strong company culture and patriotism, strengthening universal brother/sisterhood and company identity.


July

Customer Experience with b-roll #3

Same concept as March and May. Frequency and consistency to reinforce customer satisfaction is key to conversion. We will once again capture an authentic customer testimonial with support video showing that customer interacting with your brand.


August

This video answers the most common questions your customers have by quickly explaining your process, product features or customer journey.  We will take them through the steps of doing business with you, while providing professional Voice-Over to explain what they are seeing.  This video will end with a quick Call-To-Action, according to your most popular offer.


September

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH B-ROLL #4

Same concept as March, May and July. Frequency and consistency to reinforce customer satisfaction is key to conversion. We will once again capture an authentic customer testimonial with support video showing that customer interacting with your brand.


October

Product Feature Video

In August, we neded your video with a Call-To_action on your most popular offer.  Now, we will dive deep into that offer, focusing on the most satisfying benefits and outcomes for your customer. This video will feature music and text graphics.


november

holiday Special

This video features the business owner and a customer together, showing tight relationship and brand loyalty. We will support this with holiday b-roll of the company team working for the customer. This video can end with a special holiday offer, if there is one to feature.


December

holiday Special

Features a thank you from the entire business team with b-roll to support relationship, loyalty and new beginnings.  This is an inspirational video, meant to elevate emotions and let your customer base know that every year, you are growing and evolving to service them better.

Each shoot will consume up to 4 hours of crew time from arrival to departure. Crew will consist of one Producer/Videographer and one production assistant. Pitch Media will provide all equipment, pre-production planning, scheduling, editing and delivery of completed videos to client’s marketer (or client directly). Each video will be specifically formatted for playback in clean full-screen HD, HD with subtitles and 1x1 square with subtitles for mobile consumption in social media (3 deliverables total from each shoot).
